Dear Patients,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from Orthopedic Associates of Flower Mound, effective July 9, 2025. I want to extend my deepest gratitude for entrusting me with your orthopedic care over the past 28 years. The relationships we’ve built together have been a source of great fulfillment and pride. Many incredible and lasting memories were made during these years.

In the meantime, I’m pleased to inform you that my Physician Assistant, Jose R. Rodriguez, PA-C (JR), will remain with the practice to continue providing exceptional care for the upper-extremity needs of our patients during this transition period. JR has worked alongside me for the last 10 years and commands a wealth of expertise in this area. Additionally, depending on your condition or needs, several fellowship-trained surgeons within our practice who specialize in various subspecialty areas are available to provide the highest quality care.

Should you choose to continue your care outside of our practice, our medical records department can assist you in transferring your records and radiographs to your new provider.

While I will deeply miss all of you, my staff and a rewarding career, I look forward to the time I will have to create new memories as part of my next chapter. Once again, thank you for your trust and support.  I wish you all the very best.
