    We accept all PPO, Aexcel, POS, and HMO plans. HMO plans require a referral written by your Primary Care Provider; it is patient responisibility to obtain a referral. Dr. Singhal is DESIGNATED ONLY for Aexcel plans; check your plan for in-network benefits. Dr. Singhal accepts Aetna Medicare Advantage.
  • BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD

    We accept PPO, POS, and HealthSelect plans. HealthSelect requires a referral from your Primary Care Provider; it is patient resposibility to obtain referral. We DO NOT accept HMO Blue plans. Dr. Singhal is NOT DESIGNATED for BlueChoice Solutions; check your plan for out-of-network benefits.
  • CIGNA

    We accept PPO, HMO/POS, & Open Access plans. HMO plans require a referral from your Primary Care Provider; it is patient responsibility to obtain referral. Dr. Singhal is NOT DESIGNATED for Cigna Care Network plans; check your plan for out-of-network benefits.
  • GREAT WEST

    We accept PPO, HMO, POS, and Open Access.
  • HEALTHSMART

    Dr. Singhal accepts PPO, GEPO, and POS only. Check your card carefully; the indication of which plan you have may be in very small print.
