Prescriptions are filled during office hours only. 

For your convenience we have two options for requesting a prescription refill.  You can request a refill through this website by going to "prescription renewal"  or you can call your pharmacy.  The pharmacy will contact our office.

We require all refill requests to be called in prior to 4:00 P.M.  Monday - Thursday and 3:00 P.M. on Friday.  Any requests after these times are subject to being refilled  the following business day. 

A change in medication or dosage may require a follow-up visit with your physician.
